Ann has more than twenty-five years’ experience providing executive coaching services. Her diverse client base consists of organizations in construction, manufacturing, nonprofit, retail, finance, insurance, service, health care, environmental consulting, education, and the professional trade.

She creates a rich and fun learning environment for her clients. Her subtle humor coupled with her southern charm belies her powerful message of empowerment and inspiration. As a “recovering perfectionist,” Ann has learned perfection is impossible. It is a pursuit with diminishing returns. She now operates on the premise that excellence is good enough. She accomplishes more with ease and flow instead of struggling to achieve important goals.

As co-owner of a construction business in a challenging industry, Ann experienced firsthand the importance of running your business with confidence. Leadership is an inside job.

Since 2011, Ann has served as the chapter chair of the Women Presidents Organization in Columbia SC. WPO is a membership organization of highly successful women who each own and/or run multimillion dollar businesses. At monthly round tables Ann facilitates greatness to help the members find new innovative solutions and opportunities for their company.

Established to build strong relationships with her three granddaughters, Ann founded “Grammie Camp.” This highly rated and internationally acclaimed day camp has been providing adventures, life lessons, and fun for over a decade. Their escapades even included high tea where fashionable hats were required and educational jaunts to the Anne Frank Center at UofSC.

I highly recommend Ann as a Mentor and Overall Professional and Personal Coach. I participated with Ann in the “Positive Intelligence” Program; and it was truly a transformative experience. She would be a trusted trainer for this program and overall Expert Mentor for anyone seeking exemplary coaching and support. Again, I highly recommend her.

Ann is an insightful facilitator and I was fortunate to participate in a group she facilitated this week at the Women Presidents Organization Entrepreneurial Forum. Ann brings out the best in a group resulting in ideas and forward progress.

Why mental fitness?

Even the bravest women face some tricky stuff when it comes to their minds. When you have competing personal and professional demands screaming for your attention, it is impossible to think clearly. It happens to everyone, even amazing leaders. Emotions are raw and you are stressed and worried. The expectation to be perfect all the time takes its toll.

Our breakthrough, research-based tools strengthen the part of your brain that serves you and quiet the part that sabotages you. You handle life’s challenges with a more positive mindset, and less stress.

We call this mental fitness.
